Question	Answer
Clarification of requirements on change notification if the ESTA hub is planned not to retain any data.	This is likely to be a requirement of the second phase and not an immediate need to get the system running.
Is a web interface required from the start or is a PC app sufficient?	Web interface needed from the start.
Regarding ongoing commitment from Ofgem re: "smart" and the user of suppliers IDs.	We need to get on with this anyway and believe there will be significant supplier take up when it is running. Initially no restrictions on access.
