State of the art surface mount equipment has recently been purchased and installed at DANLERS Limited’s manufacturing base in Wiltshire.
The equipment, which was bought from Mydata Ltd, works using paste application methods that do not require screens, and includes a pick and place machine capable of placing 34,000 components an hour and a vapour phase reflow system to comply with quality requirements.
The introduction of this equipment into DANLERS’ manufacturing system will allow the company to continue to develop and improve their products whilst also keeping up with the latest changes in technology and demands on production, without compromising their ability to remain flexible to individual customer requests.
DANLERS Operations Manager Kevin Johnstone said ‘The purchase of this equipment reinforces DANLERS commitment to manufacturing in the UK and enables the continuation of our next day delivery service to all our UK customers.’
